We haven't had our gas fireplace maintenance in 6 years(company out of business) called around only to be told by 3 different companies they are not taking new clients (especially with the housing boom out here) finally reached out to another worker for some of my home maintenance and he referred me to Zane with Element Air. They were on time for the appointment and were responsive to any questions I had that day and to follow up calls by me. The crew did great work, set reasonable expectations, and went out if their way to ensure everything was correct the first time around.

We had a challenging install of a long run of natural gas piping, but they proved themselves well up to the task and were happy to engage in dialog over aesthetic and functional requirements.

Very professional and quick response with a couple different quotes that would fit my situation. After I made my selection he scheduled me with a reasonable timeline to beat the winter cold. He was on time and completeled all the work in a timely matter, with a very clean result. Inspector was impressed with his work, said he went beyond city requirements and was installed well. Provided all paperwork for me to get the avista rebate. I would definitely recommend and will hire in the future personally.

We were having a new baby in July and we needed Air Conditioning. Note: we have a boiler system! So Zane removed our boiler and water heater and put in a new tankless combi boiler that heats our house and water all in one . Then installed a new Furnace - A/C along with a complete duct system in our attic. If you want quality work at decent prices call this guy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Excellent service and promptness. Good communications and good computing workmanship. I bought this system on my own because of the high SEER rating g this product had. Although I purchased a system from another vendor, this company did the install without any bait and switch efforts. They are ethical and honest as well as fair on price.

I'm a full week into having central air and I couldn't be happier - especially as the days start to heat up.

Zane, his partner David, and team Shawn and Cameron did all of this for us:

1) Took out all of our old duct work (my request), 2) installed new duct work throughout the house, 3) installed a new high efficiency furnace to replace our old one and moved its location to give us more room to move around in our laundry area, 4) installed an a/c unit plus electrical work to power a/c unit, 5) moved our air intakes to more convenient and useful locations, 6) installed a new smart thermostat in a more useful place in our home, 7) installed a UV air purifier, 8 ) removed both of our old wood fire stoves (I was terrified of them) to give us more room where we needed it, 9) and patched the holes in the ceilings and floor after moving vents and chimney pipes.

The amount of work they did in just 1 week was absolutely amazing! They didn't cut corners, and even did some custom work for some of our vents due to where they needed to be placed.

10/10 would recommend these gentlemen for ANY heating/air/ventilation needs!
